Nestled on a quite residential street in Barrie Ontario, our custom built home is yours to enjoy when you stay at the COZY CORNER. Accommodations consist of four beautifully decorated rooms all with private TV, comfortable queen and double beds, quality bedding and plenty of closet and dresser space for a relaxing stay. Off street parking is also available.
While in Barrie your comfort is our main concern, for this reason we do not allow pets or smoking in our home. Smoking is ok on the patio or the covered front porch. Suffers of hayfever and asthma will appreciate the central air conditioning, electronic air cleaning and the impeccably clean housekeeping.

The Huron
Suite
The Huron Suite offers visitors a
queen size bed, double dresser, large closet connecting to a spacious bathroom
with a tiled shower stall and vanity. The separate TV lounge is perfect for
stimulating conversation or planning the next day's activities.
The Simcoe Suite
The Simcoe Suite offers a Queen Size
bed, double dresser, walk-in closet with adjoining bathroom with tiled shower
stall & private jacuzzi. This room even offers a spacious windowed
conversation pit complete with coffee table and armchairs.
