Your hosts Harry and Charita Kirby who are fluent in German and Spanish, are seasoned travelers themselves. As a member of the Federation of Ontario Bed and Breakfast accommodation, and winners of the 1999 Lanier Publishing International Bed and Breakfast Guide's Award, you know that they will take good care of your needs.

Harry is English born, and commenced his culinary training in Germany. Three years prior to his relocating to Canada, he advanced his skills in the kitchens of London's Savoy Hotel.

Charita is a former teacher and Governess to Julio Iglesias's children including the new young singing sensation Enrique Iglesias.
